Roderick Galloway (he/him),
Executive Director & Founder of 902 Youth
Roderick is our Executive Director and Founder of 902 Youth. He is located near our headquarters in Cambridge, Massachusetts and had the wonderful idea of creating 902 Youth. He has a wonderful dog named Reece and loves taking her for walks and anywhere that he can. Roderick also has a strong passion for volunteering and being helpful to our youth population.
Mercy Caguyong (she/her),
Director of Human Resources
Hello, I am the Director of Human Resource for 902 Youth. I am a military spouse and I have a puppy named bear. My husband is in the military and we currently live in Virginia. Why I joined 902 Youth is because of the mission that the organization stands for and its purpose. Since I have been part of 902 Youth my experience has been life changing. The people that I work with are amazing and kind hearted individuals that care about the organization. I, too, care about the well being of this organization. Hands down the best experience in my career as a Human Resource professional.
Aysia McKinney, (she/her)
Director of Wander
Aysia is the program director for Wander, where her love for outdoor activities truly shines. Her expertise in scuba diving reflects a deep connection to nature, while her outdoor hobbies like hiking and exploration further emphasize her commitment to getting youth outside. When she's not working, she enjoys spending time with her bloodhound, Willow. Aysia is based out of Colorado
Sean Duane, BA (he/they),
Human Resources Specialist
Sean is a graduate of The George Washington University with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychological & Brain Sciences. He is currently an Operations Intern. Sean chose his major in hopes of pursuing graduate studies in clinical psychology. He has a research-heavy background including co-parenting, eating disorders, and autism. Sean has authored numerous scientific posters and a paper published in Nature. He also has experience interning for a graduate program at his school which allows healthcare professionals to gain competency in issues affecting LGBTQ+ people. Sean has a twin sister and an adorable 4-year-old yellow lab rescue named Honey. He is based out of Pennsylvania.
Sebastian Torresola, (he/him)
Director of Cyber
Sebastian is pursuing a bachelor's degree in Computer Science at Oregon State University. He is currently in our Cyber internship program and has a vast set of skills that he has acquired from his schooling. Sebastian is driven and hopes to make as much of a positive impact on others as he can by utilizing his knowledge in software development. In the past, Sebastian worked with a non-profit to provide vital climate change education to high school students.

Our Mission
Our mission is to create positive change within the world by focusing on the education, advancement and well-being of today’s youth and changing the current rate of success post-primary school. 902 Youth and its programs are designed to support diversity, the entrepreneurial ideas of young people; promote creativity, curiosity, and good health habits; enhance social, political, and environmental awareness; and instill an admirable work ethic early on in life.
