About the Role

Responsibilities:

Assist the Director of Customer Relations in developing and executing customer relations strategies, policies, and procedures.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure a seamless customer experience throughout the customer journey.
Provide leadership and guidance to the customer relations team, fostering a positive and customer-centric culture.
Resolve complex customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolution while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
Monitor and analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities to enhance the customer experience.
Develop and implement customer satisfaction surveys, monitor results, and use feedback to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and expanding customer relationships.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and strategic partners, acting as a primary point of contact for high-level customer inquiries and escalations.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
Provide regular reports and updates on customer satisfaction, issue resolution, and relationship management to senior leadership.
Develop and deliver customer relations training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the customer relations team.
Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members, supporting their professional development and growth.
Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, regulations, and ethical standards in customer relations activities.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement customer engagement and retention strategies, including loyalty programs and targeted communication campaigns.
Support the implementation of customer relationship management (CRM) systems and other technology tools to streamline customer interactions and data management.
Monitor customer retention rates and develop strategies to improve customer loyalty and reduce churn.
Collaborate with the Director of Customer Relations on budget planning and resource allocation to support customer relations activities.
Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance the organization's reputation and develop new customer relationships.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.

  • Proven experience in customer relations management, preferably in a leadership or managerial role.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and resolve conflicts effectively.

  • Strong customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) systems and tools.
